Warnings:

1. This lotion has certain caustic ingredients. If it is stained on skins or splashed into eyes and mouth, rinse them instantly and see your doctor if needed.

2. Before installing for testing, the washed nozzle must be dried up completely, as the wet may cause serious results, such as short circuit and burnout of main board. Suggest drying the nozzle with cool air. If dried under normal atmospheric temperature, at least two hours later can it be installed. It is better ventilated for 24 hours before installing. Avoid dust staining the nozzle during these processes.

3. You'd better not to use it with ultrasonic cleaning machine together. In certain period (15 minutes), it won't cause causticity to plastics, metal components and circuit boards.

4. Do not mix it with other brand lotions.

Instructions:

1. Soak the nozzle with a little lotion, away from the circuit board. Soak it for 5 to 10 minutes according to the clogging condition.

2. Meanwhile, pull the nozzle or needle frame softly with the rubber tube. 3. After water can be jetted in orderliness from print head, rinse the part soaked by lotion completely and replace the inside lotion with water.

Applicability:

1. This lotion is high effective for the cleaning of printer-head. It is suitable for thermal and piezo printers, especially for nozzles that can not be cleaned in normal ways.

2. If the needle frame or damper is clogged, clear it by soaking the clogging part with lotion. Under correct operation, the clearing rate is up to 100%.

3. This lotion is also for oblique printing, part-clogging and maintaining of nozzles. Notices ditto.
