Application Scope
It applies to kinds of single, double and multi-layers PCBliquid green oilEL and soft PCB precision screen printing.
Features and Performance
1). Vertical structure. Screen plate runs up and down vertically; printing head runs left and right.
2). Printing and print screen plate vertical movement is driven by independent power source with stable speed and adjustable movement..
3). PLC integrated control, whose circuit components composed of imported electric and pneumatic units.
4).frequency converters and motors drive the frame blade frame, the speed of printing can be controlled independently according to the printed products with photoelectric eye control and independentadjustment.
5). Acceleration and deceleration machine made in Taiwan drives the screen frame to move up and down steadily.
6). Printing platform is divided into 2 layers, and can be adjusted precisely in the direction X and Y by adjusting handle. Chromatography can be operated easily.
7). High performance rigidity platform can automatically move in many directions such as: forward and backward, left and right, 45°etc.
8). Manual/ semi automation / automation printing modes; the interval time can be controlled digitally and the time range is 1-9 seconds.
9). Printing head is designed independently; Scraper /ink bladedisassembly and assembly of printingframe is very convenient to clean
10). Modes of scraping ink can be designed double-scraper, one scraper, double-pneumatic skip frame,left and right scraping, and the angle can be adjusted.
11). The adjustment devices of left and right web clips can be installed and adjusted conveniently.
12). The whole machine station, the printing cylinder, vertical cylinder and protection board
